About Us
Los Niños Primero is a Latina-led nonprofit based in Atlanta, committed to empowering Latino children, youth, and families through high-quality education, cultural enrichment, and leadership programs. Over the past 25 years, we have provided free programs that foster academic success, leadership development, and family well-being, creating a supportive environment where Latino families can thrive.
Our approach, rooted in the educational principles of ethics and collaboration inspired by Finland, has allowed us to grow from serving just 17 children in 2001 to impacting over 1,350 individuals annually. Our programs, such as Year-Round Early Education, Youth Leadership Pathway, Family Empowerment, and Arts & Cultural Enrichment, provide the tools and resources necessary for Latino families to succeed academically and beyond.
